The pipeline

Six stages between your data and your report

Nothing here is a single prompt to a model. Every report passes through the same six-stage pipeline, and two of those stages exist purely to catch the first four getting something wrong.

STAGE 01

Data pull

Read-only queries against your GA4 and BigQuery — traffic, funnels, segments, conversion paths, Google Ads performance where connected.

STAGE 02

Site walkthrough

An agent visits your actual top pages — desktop and mobile — taking screenshots, clicking primary CTAs, and stepping through key forms.

STAGE 03

Analysis

The data and the walkthrough are cross-referenced against a library of 35 built scenarios — funnel analysis, usability patterns, evidence-tier scoring, and more.

STAGE 04

Generation

Findings are written up in whichever report mode you need — owner, director, analyst, PPC, or the full budget-defense deck.

STAGE 05

Verification

A separate pass checks every number and every claim against the source query. Anything that can't be traced back gets cut, not softened.

STAGE 06

Human review

A person with CRO background reads the report before it reaches you. This is the stage that keeps the timeline in days, not minutes — on purpose.

Why trust the output

The two stages that exist to catch mistakes

Stages 5 and 6 don't add new findings. Their entire job is to remove or correct anything the first four stages got wrong — which is why the pipeline takes days, not seconds.

Verification checks, not just tone

Every stat in a report maps back to a specific query result. Rate comparisons run through a Wilson confidence interval. Segments under a 100-session threshold get labeled as low-confidence instead of stated flatly.

A person, not a rubber stamp

Human review means someone with CRO background actually reads the report — checks the screenshots match the claims, the priorities make sense, and nothing reads like a hallucinated number.

Honest about timing

Days, not minutes

A full pipeline run — pull, walkthrough, analysis, generation, verification, review — takes real time. We'd rather tell you that upfront than promise "instant" and miss it.

Typical turnaround for a first audit: a few business days from the moment we get Viewer access to GA4. Deeper report modes and the full 18-slide deck can take longer, since they go through the same human review.

Data pull: minutes Analysis + generation: ~30–60 min Human review: hours to days
